Returns Policy
 VTelectronics is committed to ensuring our customers receive the very best service. In the event of receiving an incorrect or a faulty item, we are happy to offer a repair, exchange, or a refund of the goods returned to us within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
To qualify for a refund or an exchange, goods must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition, in their original and undamaged packaging. We will process your returns and issue you with a refund by same tender as an original payment were made.
Please note that returning goods can be bought back to store, if posted, postage costs must be incurred by the customer, with the exception of defective or faulty goods.
